This book is a slow unfolding.
Stories from the road, rituals of remembrance, and moments of stillness woven with beauty.

It is a companion for women at life’s thresholds — a reminder that slowing down can become a way of returning home to body, soul, and belonging.
This book is my way of weaving together years of inner and outer journeys:

Memory and rituals, thresholds and turning points, slow roads through Greece, Wendland, and the many landscapes in between – and the quiet art of listening deeply.

It is not a guidebook in the ordinary sense.
It is a companion for women at life’s turning points, in transitions, in moments where life asks for slowing down and listening differently.

Within its pages, you will find:

  • Stories from the road: of vanlife, landscapes, and encounters with beauty and loss.
  • Rituals and practices: gentle invitations to create your own altars of remembrance, to tend grief, to walk slowly and with presence.
  • Reflections and meditations: on becoming, on letting go, on carrying what was and opening to what longs to emerge.
  • Images and poetry: glimpses into the symbolic world that has carried me: spirals, threads, moths, talismans.
The book is a sanctuary in itself – opening its pages is like stepping across a threshold

Into a weaving where earth and soul, travel and tenderness meet.

Like the path of Slow Travel Soul Travel itself, this book unfolds slowly, page by page, chapter by chapter. When the time is right, it will be released into the world.

If you feel called, you are warmly invited to join me in its creation —
through my newsletter I will share excerpts, whispers, and invitations to shape this journey together.
